UX/UI DESIGN (2021-2023)
Role: Design Manager, Designer
Confidential Pilot Projects – Virtual Collaboration Solutions
Over the course of nearly two years, I led design efforts for a series of confidential pilot projects for a global communications corporation. These initiatives focused on reimagining virtual collaboration through user-centered design, blending workspace visualization, intuitive UI, and team engagement tools within a digital environment.
Project Scope & Deliverables
Specific visual assets and detailed client information cannot be shared. However, my role included the following key contributions:
-
Virtual Workspace Design – Designed and updated custom Sococo maps tailored to each customer’s unique organizational structure and team needs.
-
UX/UI Design – Developed user interface solutions for new features aimed at improving virtual presence, meeting experiences, and team dynamics.
-
Quality Assurance – Conducted QA testing to ensure feature functionality aligned with user expectations and design specifications.
-
Documentation & Use Cases – Authored detailed documentation outlining application behavior and user journeys to support cross-functional development and future iteration.
Design Process & Tools
Each pilot followed an iterative and collaborative process:
-
Discovery & Planning – Partnered with product managers and stakeholders to define goals for team engagement, communication, and usability.
-
Concept Development – Sketched and prototyped ideas around space utility, interface components, and team interaction flows.
-
Design & Implementation – Used tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and internal prototyping platforms to build out experiences.
-
QA & Feedback Loop – Participated in cross-functional QA and refinement to ensure polished, user-aligned output.
Key Achievements
-
User-Centered Innovation: Designed environments and features to foster belonging, visibility, and collaboration in remote work settings.
-
Cross-Functional Impact: Contributed to product development, QA, and documentation—bridging design, engineering, and business goals.
-
Enterprise Scalability: Delivered solutions capable of scaling across large, distributed teams in high-profile global environments.
This work reflects my ability to lead within complex, confidential, and enterprise-scale design contexts—balancing creativity, technical constraints, and user empathy.
