Role: Senior Strategic Design & Projects Director -- Brand Identity, Website Design, Social Media, Product Design & Project Management

In early 2025 I joined EPIRA.ai as Senior Strategic Design and Projects Director, an early-stage AI-powered government technology startup building an intelligent platform to modernize how governments manage grants, permits, and agreements. In this role I served as both the lead product designer and project manager for the platform, while also owning all public-facing brand and digital work.

Project Scope & Execution

• Developed the EPIRA brand identity from scratch including logo design, color system, typography, and brand guidelines

• Designed and built the EPIRA.ai website including visual design, layout, content architecture, and WordPress development

• Built and managed EPIRA's social media presence including content strategy, graphic design, and regular posting

• Served as lead product designer and project manager for EPIRA's AI-powered platform -- a proprietary multi-portal grant management system currently under NDA

Impact & Results

• Established a cohesive, professional brand identity for a funded AI government technology startup

• Delivered a fully functional public website communicating the platform vision and company mission

• Built consistent social media presence supporting investor relations and brand awareness

• Led end-to-end product design and project delivery from concept through working demo, managing a distributed cross-functional team across async workflows
